And yet...so many times...Boba Fett has said that it was personal with Solo...and others he has said it was a job....
The two are opposites of a sort, Solo is the kind of guy who keeps Fett employed, and Fett is the reason guys like Solo get paid well. One creates the market, the other creates the hazard pay to strengthen that market.
Han is usually considered to be the good guy, Fett the bad guy.....but I would rethink that. Solo is in it for the money, when he kills on the job its for the credits that await him at the end. Fett's motives often are his own, but he's more worried about persecuting his own shattered sense of right and wrong, a vigilante of sorts.
